We want to clarify the situation quickly.
For this purpose, please follow the instructions.

  • Please contact us by e-mail at reklamacje@janameble.pl.
  • Please attach photos showing the defect, copies of the proof of purchase, a short description of the defect.
    We will try to respond as soon as possible, not longer than 14 days.
  • In such circumstances, acceptance of the package should be refused, or a damage report should be conditionally drawn up on delivery.
  • Please complete the damage report available from the courier and take photos. The application must be signed by the Courier.
    If the courier has left, contact the courier company hotline, Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00. The courier will be back.
  • The notification must be made immediately after finding the damage, no later than 48 hours from the date of receipt of the package.
  • The signed protocol can be sent by e-mail to reklamacje@janameble.pl .
  • Attach a damage report signed by the courier and photos (of the product and packaging)
