General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy defines the principles of personal data protection for Customers using the Online Store at janameble.pl
  2. The administrator of personal data of Customers collected through the Online Store is the Seller.
  3. The Administrator limits the use and collection of information to the minimum necessary to fulfill the Order at the highest level.
  4. Personal data is not shared in any way other than what results from the purpose of the Order and the scope of the consent given.
  5. The Administrator makes every effort to secure personal data during its transmission by Customers, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is processed in accordance with the law.
  6. All words, expressions and acronyms appearing on this page and starting with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Customer) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store available on the Online Store pages.

Purpose of Data Collection

  1. Data provided by the Customer during registration is used solely to enable the Customer to log in to the Online Store and to fulfill the order, including ensuring contact between the Customer and the Seller.
  2. Data collected during a purchase transaction is used solely for the purpose of processing payment for the placed order.
  3. Data collected through direct contact of the Customer with the Online Store via the website is used solely for the purpose of corresponding with the Customer and responding to the Customer’s inquiry.

Basis for Data Processing

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to use the full functionality of the Online Store, i.e. placing an Order.
  2. During registration in the Online Store, the Customer provides the following information in the registration form: first name, last name, exact delivery address, phone number, e-mail address.

Access to Personal Data

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), the Seller ensures free access to personal data, its modification, correction and deletion.
  2. The Customer has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct it through the Online Store or by telephone contact.
  3. The Customer can independently make changes to the data provided in the Online Store system.
  4. The Customer can access, change, correct and delete personal data at any time through their account in the Online Store, after prior registration and logging in.
  5. The Customer has the possibility of direct e-mail contact with the Online Store employees via electronic mail.

Account Deletion

  1. A Customer who has created an account in the Online Store can delete the account at any time through the Online Store or by telephone contact.
  2. Account deletion is irreversible and means the deletion of all Customer data. Restoring such an account will not be possible.

Cookie Policy

  1. By using the Online Store pages, the Customer agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

  4. If the Customer does not agree to the use of cookies by the Online Store, they should change their browser settings accordingly or stop using the Online Store pages.

  1. A newsletter is a regularly sent message in the form of serial e-mail correspondence to multiple recipients. It contains information about the activities of the Online Store, e.g. about new Goods and current promotions.
  2. The Customer can order the newsletter service by entering an e-mail address in the form on the Online Store website.
  3. The entered address must be confirmed by clicking the link in the e-mail message confirming the service order.
  4. The Customer uses the newsletter service voluntarily for an indefinite period.
  5. The newsletter is a free service.
  6. The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time.
  7. Resignation can be reported in the account settings or in an e-mail message.

Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator realizes that he is responsible for protecting the data entrusted by Customers. He takes security issues extremely seriously. Therefore, he makes efforts to protect the Online Store against unauthorized access by third parties and controls the methods of collecting, storing and processing information.
  2. The Administrator uses server security devices, encryption devices and physical security measures.
  3. We grant access to data only to those employees and entities that must have access to them in order to process them solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
