1. A Consumer who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and without incurring costs.
  2. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry to the Seller’s address.
  3. A sample template of the withdrawal form is available on the Online Store’s website in the “Withdrawal from Contract” tab and is attached to the Order confirmation email.
  4. The Consumer may use the form template, but it is not mandatory.
  5. The Consumer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.
  6. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the Goods before its expiry. The Consumer may return the Goods to the Seller’s address.
  7. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the item in connection with the withdrawal from the contract.
  8. In case of withdrawal from the contract, all payments received from the Consumer are returned (no later than within 14 calendar days), including delivery costs.
    1. An exception is a situation where the Consumer has chosen a method of delivering the goods other than the cheapest one available in the Online Store.
    2. In such a situation, the Consumer covers the delivery costs.
  9. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
